Manager, Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and coach Inside Sales Representatives to provide consistent 1:1s, career development, and skill-based coaching.
• Own NRR performance for assigned renewals, monitoring key KPIs including forecast accuracy, GRR, expansion, and churn/contraction.
• Lead renewal forecasting, pipeline reviews, and inspection of deal quality to ensure timely execution.
• Analyze data to identify at-risk renewals and guide the team to act strategically.
• Iterate on renewal playbooks for various account types, ensuring clarity on process and ownership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance to align on renewal strategy and account coverage.
• Act as a senior sponsor for complex or high-value renewals, navigating escalations and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Champion operational discipline by improving data hygiene and renewal velocity.

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS renewals, account management, or sales.
• 2+ years of experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Proven success managing sellers to exceed retention and growth targets.
• Strong sales operational rigor, including expertise in discovery, negotiation, and forecasting.
• Experience with Salesforce and renewals tooling.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as GRR, NRR, and expansion rates.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• German or French language proficiency to support EMEA customers.
• Prior experience helping to build or scale a regionalized renewals or inside sales organization.
