Manager Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the global inside sales function targeting SMEs, unmanaged corporates, and trade partners
• Drive new business generation and conversion of inbound, outbound, and dormant leads
• Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales teams to drive performance against activity and conversion KPIs
• Optimize Salesforce CRM and sales tools to enhance lead routing, engagement, and pipeline visibility
• Implement segmentation, lead scoring, and qualification frameworks to prioritize opportunities
• Develop and monitor dashboards tracking conversion rates, response times, and revenue contribution
• Ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities to Field Sales with full context and momentum
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Finance to align on growth strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in aviation sales, B2B sales, or inside sales leadership
• Proven experience building or scaling inside sales or digital sales teams
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Solid understanding of airline commercial and revenue functions
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
