About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Inside Sales Executives focused on revenue growth and product adoption
- Set clear performance expectations and drive accountability to KPIs
- Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and career development support
- Interview, hire, onboard, and ramp new team members
- Design and refine processes to improve efficiency and team effectiveness
- Analyze performance metrics and pipeline health to inform business decisions
- Pilot new outreach strategies, messaging, and workflows
- Partner with Strategy & Ops, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of inside sales experience
- 2+ years of experience leading and developing sales professionals
- Track record of driving performance in a metrics-driven environment
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in scaling organizations
- Analytical mindset using data to inform decisions
- Experience in performance management and talent development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace
- Experience in SMB, marketplace, or tech-enabled services environments
