Manager, Information Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing Site Technology Sustainment team to provide global operational support for manufacturing technology capabilities
• Manage and develop a large, diverse team within a matrixed organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Provide operational monitoring and support for MES, PI, ERP, and small plant application systems
• Act as the Major Incident Management (MIM) Lead to coordinate critical incident management and service recovery
• Maintain tactical relationships and strong communication with site leadership regarding IS services and quality
• Ensure organizational compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, including GXP and Privacy
• Implement bug fixes, changes, and perform scheduled Site Readiness Tests (SRT) as required

Requirements

• Master's degree with 4-6 years of experience, Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience, or Diploma with 10-12 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience in people management and leading matrixed teams
• Experience in manufacturing technology or technology-driven environments
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) and ITIL methodologies
• Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage global stakeholder relationships
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evening or night schedules, to meet business requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology organization
• Extensive experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Professional certification in ITIL
• Professional certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
