Manager, Industry Solutions, Investment Wealth Management

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams for strategy, growth, and transformation engagements across business functions and client priorities
• Conduct market, customer, financial, and operational analyses to inform recommendations and decision-making
• Develop executive-level deliverables, including presentations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and coordinate cross-functional teams to support timely delivery
• Coach junior team members and oversee the quality of work products across project activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of relevant consulting and/or investment management experience
• 8+ years of experience translating requirements into optimized designs and identifying design alternatives
• 8+ years of experience leading strategy or operations transformation engagements
• 8+ years of experience managing stakeholder relationships and developing persuasive recommendations
• 8+ years of experience collaborating with financial services industry senior executives
• 6+ years of experience developing and presenting proposal responses
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with industry platforms such as Aladdin, Simcorp, Charles River, Bloomberg AIM, or Salesforce
• Experience with various phases of the implementation lifecycle, including system selection, technical design, and testing
