Manager, Industrial Services

Responsibilities

• Connect and integrate internal industry resources, associations, and channel resources to establish a resource base
• Maintain cooperative relations with relevant government departments
• Analyze government customer needs and explore opportunities in industrial parks, exhibitions, and industrial services
• Track existing enterprise resource libraries and promote business cooperation and secondary development
• Conduct research, demand analysis, negotiation, and contract signing for target industry customers
• Organize government visits and prepare preliminary feasibility study reports
• Monitor market information and regional industrial development policies

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• Excellent market development and business negotiation abilities
• Experience in market development or business work with an industry investment background
• Strong learning ability and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Rich experience in industrial and government business market development
• Proven track record in resource introduction and successful project execution
