Manager, Individual Direct Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and measure sales and marketing programs to meet subscriber and cash flow projections.
• Partner with Region and Division leadership to deploy sales programs and identify process improvements.
• Manage teams and key productivity metrics to ensure sales results in direct sales channels.
• Train and coach Supervisors and Representatives on product offerings, branding, and sales techniques.
• Validate sales and installation reporting to ensure accuracy of department metrics.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure appropriate sales routing and assignments.
• Drive a culture of inclusion and customer-centricity within the sales organization.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or management.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas through performance management.
• Experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.
• Strong ability to build consensus across functional areas and exercise independent judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience in face-to-face sales and customer experience (CX) management.
