Manager, Indirect Purchasing Services and Materials

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in developing and executing compliant purchasing strategies for IT, Marketing, engineering services, and commercial operations
• Identify and audit supplier partners to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
• Support the development of specifications, bid terms, and contractual language
• Ensure documentation of sourcing activities via internal purchasing systems
• Review and approve buyer sourcing projects, purchase orders, and contracts
• Evaluate individual buyer performance and vendor performance
• Establish and maintain relationships with Business Units and suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field
• 10+ years of purchasing experience in automotive indirect procurement
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Proven track record in stakeholder and supplier relationship management
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive or manufacturing industries
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills
