Manager, India Fund Administration

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain operational and accounting procedures for the Singapore investment platform to meet local requirements and Oaktree policies
• Manage accounting, operations, and financial records for investment holding entities across the APAC region in collaboration with external service providers
• Partner with internal investment, tax, legal, and compliance teams to support entity setup, bank account opening, and capital management
• Coordinate with external fund administrators, tax advisors, and custodians to set up and maintain investment structures for new deals
• Ensure all statutory accounting deliverables, including quarterly accounts and annual audits, are completed within defined deadlines
• Manage local monthly and quarterly accounting and regulatory compliance processes
• Review audited annual financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory disclosure requirements
• Reconcile all inter-company balances on a quarterly basis and identify process improvements

Requirements

• 4+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in private equity, private credit, or the investment management industry
• Excellent knowledge of current local accounting standards and statutory/regulatory requirements
• Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with accounting systems and reporting tools
• Experience with Alternative Investment Funds and investment manager reporting or regulations in India is an advantage
