About the role

Responsibilities

  • Respond to criminal attacks against the bank to limit loss and mitigate risk to staff, customers, assets, or facilities
  • Mobilize rapidly across Canada to support physical security incidents and provide oversight to law enforcement and stakeholders
  • Conduct risk assessments and after-action reviews to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate potential security threats
  • Manage employee preparedness through workplace safety training, education campaigns, and resource provision
  • Communicate and escalate critical information and situational updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure all security activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies, and business controls

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree, college diploma, or equivalent related experience
  • High degree of fluency in English
  • Valid G-class or equivalent Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of security or relevant industry experience
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification
  • Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) certification
  • Fluency in French or Spanish
  • Experience in the development and delivery of training programs and awareness campaigns
