About the Company

Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive-scale compute infrastructure for AI. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them with teams spanning hardware and software to build civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead incidents as a senior incident commander in the on-call rotation and serve as the escalation backstop
  • Own the 24/7 coverage model, rotation discipline, and response SLAs for the US region
  • Build and develop a team of senior incident responders
  • Drive executive, legal, and customer communications during declared incidents
  • Manage the joint operating relationship with Physical Security and Data Center Operations
  • Run the post-incident review cadence and drive remediation to completion
  • Define the agentic triage layer and feed learnings back to detection engineering

Requirements

  • Experience leading material incidents end-to-end as a senior incident commander
  • Experience managing and growing a team of senior responders while remaining in the on-call rotation
  • Proven track record designing or running 24/7 on-call programs (coverage, SLAs, escalation chains)
  • Ability to move between technical containment and executive/legal communications
  • Experience making disclosure-grade calls under regulatory and customer reporting clocks
  • Experience building operating relationships across security, infrastructure, and physical/facilities teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Incident response bridging cyber, physical, and OT or ICS surfaces
  • Experience at critical-infrastructure operators, data centers, or 24/7 high-availability environments
  • Experience standing up or scaling an IR team and on-call program from scratch
  • Experience operating under FedRAMP, SEC, or similar regulated incident-reporting regimes
  • Experience with agent-augmented IR, including triage, investigation, or response automation
