Manager In Training/Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand needs and guide them through financial solutions
• Handle both inbound and outbound conversations
• Ask follow-up questions and overcome objections
• Manage conversations involving financial decisions and money
• Perform consistently in a structured, goal-driven environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
• Reliable personal transportation and a valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience
• Comfort speaking with customers over the phone and in person
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• Fluency in Spanish
