Manager in Training

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing estate sale events to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
• Support the Retail Sales Manager in team supervision, training, and performance management
• Engage with customers, provide product knowledge, and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Assist with merchandising, inventory organization, and overall store presentation
• Work closely with the Donation Team and Movers to facilitate seamless estate transitions
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

• Valid Class C driver’s license
• Open availability including weekends and holidays
• 2+ years of experience in a retail or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership potential and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality setting
