About the role
Responsibilities
- Service the existing client base and manage long-term client relationships
- Supervise team activity and monitor performance results
- Train and develop incoming team members on company systems and processes
- Perform daily reporting of field activity using a Salesforce-based CRM
- Maintain a daily focus on client management, growth, and leadership development
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate appropriately, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
- Must have a clean background
- Must have reliable personal transportation
