Manager in Training

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to exceed daily sales goals and ensure an inclusive customer experience
• Educate customers and staff on brand values including ethical buying and animal testing stances
• Support the Store Manager in all business areas and pick up manager duties as required
• Lead and motivate the team on the sales floor to meet sales goals
• Support recruitment, selection, and staff development through coaching and performance management
• Manage shop operations including stock, inventory, merchandising, and scheduling

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience
• Strong customer service, supervisory, and sales skills
• Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong organization and time management abilities
• Knowledge of skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic HR skills in hiring, scheduling, and training
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
