Manager in Training

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed targets by promoting brand initiatives and providing a seamless customer experience.
• Assist in coaching, training, and developing team members through feedback and mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention, payments, and returns.
• Participate in team scheduling to ensure smooth store operations.
• Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Support daily operations, including merchandise replenishment and back-of-house tasks.
• Foster an engaged and inclusive team culture.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail management or service industry experience.
• Strong interest in fashion and current trends.
• Natural leadership abilities and a growth mindset.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
