Manager, Import/Export & Customs Operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable foreign trade regulations for import and export procedures.
• Manage and control associated logistics costs to optimize operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain service level agreements with internal customers.
• Keep departmental operating procedures updated and ensure continuous team training on new regulations.
• Coordinate action plans to resolve customer complaints or claims.
• Oversee the performance and service compliance of foreign trade providers and customs agents.
• Manage non-tariff regulations and import permits.
• Attend and support foreign trade audits as required.
• Authorize, review, and monitor departmental advances and payments to suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• English proficiency at a B2-C1 level.
• Deep knowledge of customs, tax, and foreign trade regulations.
• Ability to travel occasionally as required.
