About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement operational excellence programs and drive cross-functional continuous improvement (CI) projects
- Provide training and coaching on CI tools and techniques to help employees build self-sufficiency
- Identify process improvement needs in collaboration with department leads and facilitate execution sessions
- Validate outcome benefits of improvements and support the creation of new operational standards
- Benchmark external best practices to ensure the deployment of new tools and methodologies
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., Continuous Improvement Manager, Team Leader, or Area Manager)
- Proven experience implementing CI processes such as TPM for manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma
- Strong facilitation, communication, and change management skills
- Expertise in Root Cause Analysis and logical thinking
- Ability to influence others and remain results-oriented in ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of JIPM minimum phase 3
- Extensive experience in TPM focusing on Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Planned Maintenance (PM)
- Experience coaching TPM Pillars
- Background in FMCG, Automotive, or related industries
