Manager IL6S

Responsibilities

• Implement operational excellence programs and drive cross-functional continuous improvement (CI) projects
• Provide training and coaching on CI tools and techniques to help employees build self-sufficiency
• Identify process improvement needs in collaboration with department leads and facilitate execution sessions
• Validate outcome benefits of improvements and support the creation of new operational standards
• Benchmark external best practices to ensure the deployment of new tools and methodologies

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., Continuous Improvement Manager, Team Leader, or Area Manager)
• Proven experience implementing CI processes such as TPM for manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma
• Strong facilitation, communication, and change management skills
• Expertise in Root Cause Analysis and logical thinking
• Ability to influence others and remain results-oriented in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of JIPM minimum phase 3
• Extensive experience in TPM focusing on Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Planned Maintenance (PM)
• Experience coaching TPM Pillars
• Background in FMCG, Automotive, or related industries
