About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture of operational workflows and business rule governance to enhance customer experience.
  • Design intuitive and efficient operational processes to reduce customer friction and align with brand promises.
  • Diagnose and resolve process inefficiencies across customer experience touchpoints to drive productivity gains.
  • Centralize and audit operational logic within business rule documentation to maintain departmental alignment.
  • Coordinate change management initiatives with the Change Control Board and PMO for new product launches.
  • Coach and mentor a high-performing process engineering team.
  • Leverage generative AI and process-mapping tools to accelerate workflow analysis and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Experience Operations, Process Engineering, or Product Management.
  • 2+ years of experience in a management capacity.
  • Expertise in managing CRM and Knowledge Management (KM) systems.
  • Proven experience in process mapping and system design within complex architectures.
  • Strong background in driving end-to-end operational change management and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • Six Sigma or LEAN certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
  • Deep functional expertise in contact center operations.
