Manager II, Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead and initiate projects to re-engineer business processes and drive change management across the supply chain network.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify network trends and automate processes.
• Develop countermeasures and real-time process improvements to address operational deficiencies.
• Scope business and functional requirements for technical teams to improve software systems and tools.
• Systematically escalate problems or data variances to relevant owners and follow through to resolution.
• Influence all levels of management to implement proactive root cause elimination and streamline operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Master's degree.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 3+ years of experience specifically driving process improvements.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of an organization.
• Experience in building processes, project management frameworks, and schedules.

About the Company

The Relay Operations Center (ROC) is the central command and control center for Transportation Execution across the Amazon Supply Chain network. ROC ensures the timely pick-up and delivery of freight, manages network exceptions, and utilizes data analysis to automate and streamline global transportation operations.
