Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a diverse team including Project Managers and Implementation Consultants
• Translate strategic plans into operational processes
• Manage a portfolio of implementation projects and intricate technical deployments
• Identify and mitigate project and customer risks proactively
• Conduct portfolio forecasting and analyze trends impacting project efficiency
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, product management, and engineering teams
• Support complex customer implementations and assist clients with testing plans
• Participate in the creation and approval of Statements of Work and Change Orders
• Provide leadership and guidance to customers on best practices and business process improvements

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project delivery, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven management experience with a focus on team culture and accountability
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple complex initiatives
• Ability to understand product requirements, process logic, and architecture
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with government budgeting concepts, finance/budgeting solutions, procurement, permitting, licensing, or asset management
