Manager, IE AMHS System

Responsibilities

• Drive benchmarking capabilities by aligning AMHS practices, projects, and equipment performance to meet or exceed standards.
• Monitor and model system performance and capacity in partnership with Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to mitigate future gaps.
• Manage vendor relations to ensure equipment performance and project obligations are met.
• Lead the AMHS team by driving a culture of project management, prioritizing projects that align with strategic objectives.
• Oversee performance management for direct reports, including goal setting, recruitment, and professional development.
• Champion a culture of safety and lead process safety management systems to achieve zero major event occurrences.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding team activities, metrics, and project status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor field.
• Deep knowledge and experience with AMHS (Automated Material Handling Systems).
• Strong project management expertise with the ability to manage deliverables on time and within budget.
• Proven decision-making skills using data analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and present effectively to both small and large groups.
