About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize Customer Kit Management (CKM) service operations, including material readiness and chamber kit replacements for scheduled maintenance.
  • Own end-to-end planning and forecasting processes, covering maintenance cadence, kit readiness, inventory strategy, and logistics flow.
  • Act as a key regional point of contact (U.S., Taiwan, Japan, etc.) to ensure alignment on operational priorities, KPIs, and performance.
  • Partner with Logistics, Field Service, Quality, and Value Engineering teams to identify systemic issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Drive initiatives to improve Turnaround Time (TaT), parts quality, on-time delivery, and supplier performance through root cause analysis.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Define and implement process standardization, best practices, and governance frameworks across CKM operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in service operations, supply chain, or logistics within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
  • Strong expertise in operations planning, forecasting, and cross-functional program management.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills within a global, cross-regional environment.
  • High degree of ownership and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, high-urgency setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems, including process optimization.
  • Experience leading end-to-end operational improvement or transformation projects.
  • Deep knowledge of CKM, spare parts management, or field service operations.
