Manager I, Ocular Health Pharma Account Management

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers to drive near-term growth and long-term opportunities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and tactics for assigned Key Accounts, utilizing competitive intelligence.
• Create pre-launch sales plans for new products in collaboration with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams.
• Manage annual budgets, set spending metrics, and track effectiveness to ensure delivery of operating income targets.
• Identify and resolve customer issues by determining root causes and recommending sustainable process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including field sales, trade marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Manage private label business priorities in balance with key brand objectives.
• Adhere to all GxP regulations, including strict following of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Proven experience in strategic relationship building and account management.
• Strong expertise in sales planning, execution, and driving business growth.
• Demonstrated ability in budget management and tracking financial metrics.
• Proficiency in market trend analysis and utilizing competitive intelligence.
• Solid knowledge of GxP compliance and regulatory requirements.
