Manager - Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT talent to build a resilient team.
• Utilize AI-powered recruitment tools, ATS, and predictive analytics for workforce planning and talent acquisition.
• Execute employee engagement, retention, and succession planning strategies.
• Develop a high-performance workplace culture focused on ownership and leadership.
• Handle employee transitions, including onboarding and exits, to ensure minimal disruption.
• Manage fast-moving hiring cycles and build talent pipelines to meet scaling needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of HR experience, preferably within a startup ecosystem.
• Proven ability to navigate the unique challenges of scaling a fast-paced company.
• Strong knowledge of core HR functions including recruitment, training, and benefits.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in New Delhi with office timings of 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI-powered HR tools such as HRMS, ATS, or workforce analytics platforms.
• Background in the Media, Entertainment, or IT industries.
