Manager, Human Resources Operations

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner at the site level, aligning business objectives with people management.
• Manage headcount budgeting, including salaries, benefits, and labor agreements.
• Participate in union negotiations and represent the company in collective bargaining.
• Monitor labor inspections and audits from the Labor Department, Social Security, and Ministry of Labor.
• Coordinate internal communication and endomarketing activities to drive employee engagement.
• Identify training needs and execute development initiatives for technical and behavioral growth.
• Support managers and directors with people management guidance, coaching, and feedback.
• Lead cultural transformation initiatives to promote company values and corporate strategy.
• Monitor strategic HR indicators and develop action plans to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, HR, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Labor and Social Security legislation.
• Proven experience in Personnel Administration and as an HR Generalist.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with ERP systems, specifically SAP, Datasul, or SuccessFactors.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
