Manager, Human Resources LATAMC

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner for corporate leaders in Argentina and managed operations in the Southern Cone
• Execute end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Implement and manage the full employee lifecycle, including development, performance management, succession planning, and engagement
• Oversee personnel administration, compensation, and benefits, ensuring operational accuracy and policy compliance
• Ensure strict adherence to Argentine labor, social security, and safety regulations
• Participate in workforce planning and budgeting, utilizing HR metrics and data to drive decision-making
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, diversity, and inclusion across the region

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in HR generalist roles with increasing levels of responsibility
• Deep knowledge of Argentine labor law and its impact on business operations
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience using HRIS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within regional structures or multinational companies
• Previous experience in the tourism, hospitality, or services industry
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Portuguese
