Manager, Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Guide leaders through employee relations matters with consistency, fairness, and timely follow-through
• Ensure HR policy and practice compliance by translating state/federal requirements into practical site processes
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, staffing, and onboarding to build a capable workforce
• Drive performance management, engagement, and development to reinforce accountability and collaboration
• Partner with EHS and operations to support a safe, compliant workplace and resolve people/process issues
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence on the manufacturing floor to build trust across shifts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of Human Resource experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• 2+ years of experience managing others within a human resources function
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Experience supporting environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications such as SHRM or PHR
