Manager - Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements
• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration for new hires
• Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and providing guidance to maintain a positive work environment
• Administer performance management systems, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans
• Manage compensation and benefits programs and stay informed about industry standards
• Conduct employee training sessions on HR policies, diversity, and inclusion
• Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with management on workforce planning and talent development needs
• Assess training needs through feedback, performance reviews, and skill gap analyses
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar leadership role
• Expertise in employee engagement, workplace culture, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in performance management frameworks, including KPIs and succession planning
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits structuring and payroll coordination
• Experience with HR analytics, reporting, and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Zoho People)
• Strong understanding of organizational development and change management
• Experience in training and development, including identifying needs and facilitating programs
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and lead HR teams effectively
