Manager, Hub – IP (Trademarks)

Responsibilities

• Manage trademark records, deadlines, and updates in the docketing system to ensure data integrity and operational governance.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for external trademark counsel, managing day-to-day interactions and delivery quality.
• Execute and manage global renewal and recordal activities, including ownership changes and licensing entries.
• Review and action incoming correspondence from IP offices and external counsel to ensure timely follow-up.
• Conduct advanced quality-assurance reviews of filings, docket entries, and formalities documentation.
• Generate customized reports and portfolio summaries to support strategic decision-making and prosecution updates.
• Monitor trademark prosecution statuses via IP office databases and third-party tools to ensure alignment with internal records.
• Identify and implement process improvements to workflows and operating procedures to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in trademark operations, prosecution, docketing, and portfolio administration in a global environment.
• Experience supporting global portfolios, including U.S., E.U., and foreign filings, renewals, and procedural requirements.
• Proven experience with IP management systems, specifically Anaqua.
• Strong understanding of trademark prosecution steps, renewal cycles, and recordal requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• IP-relevant certifications (e.g., in intellectual property law or paralegal studies).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive timely actions across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a structured, solution-oriented manner.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
