Manager-HRBP

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to business units, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Drive talent management efforts, including identifying, developing, and retaining top talent.
• Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and skills development.
• Lead change management efforts and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Utilize HR data and metrics to provide insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Manage HR projects and initiatives to ensure timely completion within budget.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 4+ years of professional experience in human resources.
• Proven experience in HRBP or Center of Excellence (CoE) roles.
• Expertise in strategic business partnership and talent management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook and Word.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in performance management and workforce planning.
• Ability to use HR data to provide actionable business insights.
• Experience managing HR projects from inception to completion.
