About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute HR processes and efficiencies across assigned client groups
- Ensure managers utilize appropriate HR practices, tools, and systems
- Provide support, training, and direction regarding HR processes to increase employee self-reliance
- Act as the initial point of contact for HR-related issues and questions
- Collaborate with HR COE partners to address opportunities systemically and consistently
- Support organizational restructure projects, including data gathering and legal reporting
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management and lower-risk employee relations
- Ensure compliance with company policy and federal/state employment laws
- Actively participate in recruiting and onboarding processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment laws
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters with appropriate discretion
