Manager HRBP

Responsibilities

• Execute HR processes and efficiencies across assigned client groups
• Ensure managers utilize appropriate HR practices, tools, and systems
• Provide support, training, and direction regarding HR processes to increase employee self-reliance
• Act as the initial point of contact for HR-related issues and questions
• Collaborate with HR COE partners to address opportunities systemically and consistently
• Support organizational restructure projects, including data gathering and legal reporting
• Provide guidance to managers on performance management and lower-risk employee relations
• Ensure compliance with company policy and federal/state employment laws
• Actively participate in recruiting and onboarding processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment laws
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential matters with appropriate discretion
