About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of HR Systems Analysts to ensure the stability and continuous development of HR applications.
- Lead project delivery for SAP SuccessFactors (Connect) and UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) using internal teams and external partners.
- Act as a key partner to translate complex business requirements into technical deliverables and integrations.
- Drive continuous improvement across the HR function by recommending system and process enhancements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and the HR systems roadmap to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Provide colleague support through query management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution via the AskHR system.
- Offer guidance, feedback, and coaching to team members to promote professional development.
Requirements
- Experience working with and managing a cloud HRIS platform (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
- Experience working with and managing a time and attendance application.
- Proven experience delivering projects spanning multiple workstreams.
- High level of competency with the MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Previous experience working within or closely with a Human Resources function.
