Manager - HR Shared Services

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain a centralized HR shared services model to optimize resources and streamline processes.
• Build and lead a high-performing HR Shared Services team with an efficient and adaptable structure.
• Drive operational excellence by standardizing, automating, and consolidating HR processes.
• Create and execute a strategic roadmap to deliver a seamless, digital employee experience.
• Provide leadership and oversight for the Payroll function, ensuring compliance with local laws and Group standards.
• Oversee Employee Services and Staff Travel functions to ensure optimal resource use and service delivery.
• Manage documentation processes, including visas, residency permits, and medical processes, through in-house or outsourced providers.
• Generate analytical reports and data-driven insights to support management decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience specifically leading HR Shared Services.
• Proven experience in a mid-sized organization operating at a regional or multinational level.
• Strong knowledge of local labor and employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and data reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the airline industry.
• MBA in Human Resources or a related business field.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management and process improvement.
