Manager HR Services

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR operating plans aligned with the overall HR strategy
• Advise business functions on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on people-related decisions and talent strategies
• Facilitate performance appraisal systems and oversee learning and leadership development programs
• Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention
• Foster a positive work culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 12-18 years of experience in HR, with at least 5-8 years in a strategic HR Partnership role
• AiM certification (mandatory for internal FedEx employees)
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
