About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of HR reporting analysts, providing coaching, workload prioritization, and performance management.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of HR data and reporting services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Act as a consultative partner to HR and business stakeholders by translating business questions into clear reporting requirements and actionable insights.
  • Manage the intake and prioritization of HR data requests, serving as the primary point of contact for reporting issues and escalations.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and enhance the scalability of reporting services.
  • Ensure reporting governance aligns with Bank policies, privacy requirements, and enterprise data standards.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology teams to embed data quality controls and improve the reliability of HR data.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, operations, human resources, or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Strong experience in reporting, analytics, or data-driven roles, ideally within an HR context.
  • Technical proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Deep understanding of HR policies, processes, and systems.
  • Proven ability to assess complex data requests and translate findings into meaningful recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical partners.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
