Manager - HR Programs and Services

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for HR triage activities, including intake, categorization, and routing of business requests
• Maintain comprehensive governance documentation, including SOPs, decision logs, RAID logs, and action registers
• Coordinate with HR Services teams such as HRIS, Talent Operations, and Rewards to ensure timely issue resolution
• Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations for HR leadership
• Support HR service transitions, stabilization efforts, and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalation points across various HR initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in HR Services, HR Operations, or HR PMO support roles
• Demonstrated experience working with global teams and diverse stakeholder groups
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining trackers and dashboards
• Strong documentation and reporting skills with high attention to detail
