Manager, HR Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a local HR team to ensure high performance and engagement
• Act as the primary HR partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals
• Drive key HR processes including talent acquisition, succession planning, and retention initiatives
• Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and practical solutions
• Support Compensation & Benefits activities, including salary reviews and benchmarking
• Use HRIS and data systems to analyze trends and provide actionable insights to the business
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience within a manufacturing environment
• Proven people management experience with the ability to coach and motivate a team
• Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits and reward structures
• Experience using HRIS platforms, with Workday experience preferred
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate data into business insights
• Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills and a strong business partnering mindset
