Responsibilities
- Lead technical recruiting and talent acquisition operations for the CBS team
- Drive strategic talent solutions and support the employer value proposition (EVP)
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic talent advice and integrated solutions
- Manage end-to-end technical recruiting processes to enable business success
- Deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex talent acquisition problems
Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
- 10+ years of professional experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
- Extensive end-to-end technical recruiting experience

- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments
- Agile, curious, and mindful approach to problem-solving
- Experience navigating commercial and legal requirements in a global corporate environment
