About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of leadership development programs and onboarding journeys for EY India's workforce.
  • Manage the lateral hire onboarding learning journey to ensure cultural alignment and leadership readiness.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management for large-scale learning events across India, including budget monitoring and strategy design.
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to build curated learning curricula for employees from Analyst to Senior Consultant levels.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of professionals, setting strategic goals and KPIs.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and external vendors to deliver high-quality, experiential learning programs.
  • Drive learning innovation by integrating virtual, digital, and classroom platforms into the learning architecture.
  • Monitor learning effectiveness through analytics, dashboards, and impact measurement to report to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • MBA degree.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in Learning and Development or HR Operations.
  • Proven expertise in Leadership & Team Management.
  • Strong skills in Budgeting & Resource Optimization.
  • Extensive experience in Learning Strategy & Innovation and Content Development.
  • Demonstrated success in Project & Program Management and Stakeholder Management.
  • Experience in Vendor Management and facilitating leadership programs.
