Manager - HR & ER

Responsibilities

• Lead the local implementation of people change initiatives, including organizational design, performance frameworks, and engagement programs.
• Partner with managers to ensure change plans are effectively understood, cascaded, and embedded within the team.
• Manage complex employee relations (ER) cases involving disciplinary actions, grievances, performance, absence, and capability.
• Provide structured advice to managers regarding policy interpretation and application.
• Escalate high-risk or precedent-setting cases to the Regional/Country Advisory Lead.
• Ensure all case handling and change delivery is consistent, compliant, and well-documented.
• Act as a bridge between enterprise frameworks and local execution, collaborating with Business Partners, COEs, and People Operations.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR practices.
• Proven experience in an HR advisory or employee relations role.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing organizational change at a local level.
• Extensive case management experience.
• Experience working within a global, matrixed organization.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and reinforce change messages.
