Manager, HR - Data Science & Continuous Improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead people analytics and process improvement initiatives to help HR and business leaders make better workforce decisions.
• Develop scalable data products and repeatable analysis pipelines while improving data quality, governance, and documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR analytics processes, reduce cycle time, and improve stakeholder experience.
• Create clear, leader-ready narratives, dashboards, and visualizations that connect insights to business actions and outcomes.
• Manage the intake and prioritization of ad-hoc requests and strategic projects, including resource allocation and timeline tracking.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data scientists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative consulting, including delivering insights to senior leaders.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in People Analytics, HR analytics, or workforce planning within a large or complex organization.
• Proficiency with HR systems and data visualization tools such as Workday, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or advanced workforce modeling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Python for complex analysis and modeling.
