About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research teams and provide HEOR expertise and strategic leadership
- Execute projects on-time and on-budget while managing scope, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure projects adhere to high standards of pharmacoeconomic analysis and health technology assessment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify future collaborations
- Develop proposals, budgets, and timelines for new business opportunities
- Coach and provide technical guidance to junior staff
Requirements
- MSc in a Life Science discipline, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of direct work experience in health economics or health technology assessment
- Strong basis in cost-effectiveness model design, analysis, and interpretation
- Experience with HTA submissions
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and project teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in model programming using VBA
