Manager, Healthcare Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunity analysis, solution design, and implementation to solve complex clinical operations and healthcare transformation challenges for US health systems.
• Oversee detailed data analytics and financial projections to translate findings for operational stakeholders.
• Perform project and program management activities, including monitoring scope, tracking deliverables, and mitigating risks.
• Manage multiple clients and complex workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Present final deliverables and fact-based recommendations to client executives and sponsors.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams on project approach, strategies, and work plans.
• Develop sales pursuit materials, including proposals, pricing, and Statements of Work.
• Build and manage relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers to drive change.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, including managing multiple complex workstreams.
• 5+ years of experience managing workplans, budgets, and tracking metrics.
• 5+ years of advanced Microsoft Office expertise, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• 3+ years of provider healthcare consulting experience or process improvement in a provider environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring team members.
• 3+ years of experience in complex problem solving and data analysis.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certifications.
• Experience with industrial or systems engineering.
• Experience in clinical transformation solution design resulting in significant financial benefit.
• Proficiency with data management or BI tools such as Tableau or MicroStrategy.
• Experience in client account growth and relationship expansion.
• Experience with hospital operations, case management, or clinical variation consulting.
