Manager, Health System Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an engaged network of Academic and Health System (AMC/HS) institutional partners
• Map and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite, research, legal, and business leaders
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing partnerships
• Lead partnership strategy and contract renewal planning, including capacity allocation discussions
• Navigate complex institutional contracting and multi-stakeholder approval processes through legal and compliance reviews
• Synthesize partner feedback into structured account plans to inform retention and growth strategy
• Develop and lead onsite leadership engagements and research showcases with academic partners

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. degree
• 5+ years of client-facing experience
• Experience working with Academic Medical Centers or Health Systems
• Experience in healthcare consulting, health tech, or delivering services to healthcare customers
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to manage multiple client interactions and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfort working with ambiguity and navigating complex organizational structures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience owning long-term client relationships
• Experience working directly with oncologists or members of oncology care delivery teams
