About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an engaged network of Academic and Health System (AMC/HS) institutional partners
- Map and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite, research, legal, and business leaders
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing partnerships
- Lead partnership strategy and contract renewal planning, including capacity allocation discussions
- Navigate complex institutional contracting and multi-stakeholder approval processes through legal and compliance reviews
- Synthesize partner feedback into structured account plans to inform retention and growth strategy
- Develop and lead onsite leadership engagements and research showcases with academic partners
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. degree
- 5+ years of client-facing experience
- Experience working with Academic Medical Centers or Health Systems
- Experience in healthcare consulting, health tech, or delivering services to healthcare customers
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfort working with ambiguity and navigating complex organizational structures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience owning long-term client relationships
- Experience working directly with oncologists or members of oncology care delivery teams
