Manager, Health, Safety, & Environment Management

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple health, safety, and environmental projects to ensure timely delivery of objectives
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive HSE programs to prevent injuries, illnesses, and environmental incidents
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and incident investigations in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Identify root causes of incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with internal company standards, GxP requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Identify and mitigate workplace hazards, including unsafe equipment and work practices
• Collect, maintain, and analyze records related to workplace injuries, illnesses, and environmental metrics
• Develop and manage environmental management and employee health and safety training programs
• Partner with engineering, operations, management, and regulatory authorities to address safety and environmental risks
• Participate in OSHA inspections and support follow-up activities and citation responses

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 5 years of relevant experience in health, safety, or environmental management
• Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English
• Knowledge of GxP requirements
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
