Manager - Health & Benefits Consulting

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects involving the design, financing, and management of health and benefit programs for large clients
• Perform benefit plan analysis, design, cost savings, and funding strategies
• Manage vendor procurement, negotiation, and optimization processes
• Conduct benchmarking studies, research, and value-added analyses
• Partner with Consultants to deliver superior project management for select clients
• Review analytical work and mentor/develop junior-level staff
• Design, distribute, and evaluate responses to surveys and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in health and welfare plans, ideally within a benefit consulting or brokerage firm
• Proven expertise in project management and leading teams to execute project plans
• Strong financial skills, specifically in health and welfare product pricing
• Advanced analytical, creative, and integrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to obtain a State Life and Health license within 90 days of joining
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Competitive base salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 USD per year
