Manager - Head of Memory/Storage Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to influence and align the memory and storage roadmap, product launch, and partner strategy
• Engage with supplier C-Suite executives to manage relationships and drive technology deliverables, commercial terms, and supply agreements
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to address unique supply chain and manufacturing needs at scale
• Manage supply chain risks and ensure the timely delivery of quality infrastructure products globally
• Stay current with industry trends, particularly regarding AI, compute, and storage rack evolution
• Grow and lead an industry-leading supply chain team, focusing on talent development and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience leading and managing teams within an engineering or supply chain organization
• Demonstrated experience in successfully negotiating large, complex agreements covering a wide range of technologies
• Deep understanding of memory/storage product development and lifecycle across AI, compute, and data center environments
• Proven track record of developing complex supply chain strategies and securing cross-functional leadership buy-in
• Experience with NPI launches, product ramp, and end-of-life cycles for compute hardware in large-scale environments

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master of Science degree in an engineering field
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
• Experience in program management
• Knowledge of responsible and ethical AI practices
