Manager, HC Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Execute HR strategies aligned with business and organizational objectives.
• Partner with leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and applicable regulations.
• Support talent management and internal mobility initiatives to retain and develop technical talent.
• Implement HR policies, compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks.
• Manage employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Lead change management initiatives, including reorganizations, integrations, and transformation projects.
• Drive employee engagement programs that support business culture and employee experience.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 3-5 years in a strategic HRBP/HCBP role.
• Proven experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated success leading transformation, growth, or restructuring initiatives.
• Experience supporting technical workforce populations and operational business functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Employment Law, or a related discipline.
• SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent professional certifications.
• Experience working in startup or fast-growth environments.
• Proficiency in using HR systems and data-driven decision-making tools.
