Manager, GTM Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from scoping through delivery
• Run the operating cadence including WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs
• Manage OKR tracking and hold partners accountable with data
• Diagnose GTM motion by spotting trends and identifying root causes
• Contribute to AI-enabled workflows to accelerate research and reduce manual effort
• Produce analytical inputs that drive strategic planning decisions

Requirements

• 5–8 years in Strategy, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or Commercial Leadership
• Proven track record of driving initiatives to completion across multiple teams
• Deep understanding of GTM metrics like pipeline generation and seller productivity
• Experience running operating cadences (WBR/MBR/QBR)
• Proficiency in using AI tools to improve daily workflows
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to recommend specific paths forward

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ad tech, performance advertising, or B2B SaaS
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments
• Proven ability to build processes in ambiguous settings
• Experience contributing to AI workflows adopted by teams
